I'm campaigning for stronger planning powers to help prevent the overconcentration of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in Bridgwater.

Your feedback will help identify the areas most affected and build the evidence needed to press Somerset Council to introduce an Article 4 Direction to stop the rise in HMOs - In simple terms, an Article 4 direction removes certain permitted development rights in a defined area.
