Bridgwater MP Ashley Fox has visited Baan Thai Café and Restaurant on Wye Avenue to congratulate the owners after the business was awarded the highest possible five-star food hygiene rating.
The family-run café and restaurant opened on the Bridge Estate almost two months ago and offers a range of Thai and English dishes.
During the visit, Ashley met Khwan in the kitchen, John front of house, and their son Stefan who helps wherever he can in supporting the family business.

"It was a pleasure to visit Baan Thai and congratulate the family on achieving a five-star food hygiene rating so soon after opening. I enjoyed meeting Khwan, John and Stefan and hearing about their journey in establishing the business here in Bridgwater.
